ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission Process for the Best Clinical Exposure Physiotherapy College
- Candidates must pass 12th grade with PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and qualify for NEET.
- DMER will release a list of selected candidates for all colleges, including the best clinical exposure physiotherapy college.
- Upon selection, students complete the college application form, pay the course fee, and submit required documents for verification and admission.
- Additional admission steps are conducted as outlined in the NEET brochure for the
best clinical exposure physiotherapy college
.
Admission Process for Institutional Quota (Including NRI & OMS) at Physiotherapy College with Own Hospital
- The physiotherapy college with its own hospital will publish an advertisement in newspapers and on social media to invite applications.
- Interested candidates can collect the application form by paying the required form fee at the physiotherapy college with its own hospital.
- Submit the completed application form along with the necessary documents. NRI applicants must provide a scrutiny certificate from DMER / ARA.
- The Admission Committee will thoroughly review all documents according to guidelines. NRI candidates will be given first preference.
- Eligible candidates will be selected based on merit, and the final list will be posted on the notice board and website of the
physiotherapy college with its own hospital
. Selected candidates will be granted admission.
Important Instructions
- Institute reserves the right to reschedule dates.
- For DMER CAP round and Institutional quota admissions, fees to be paid at the time of admission.
- For DMER CAP round students, fees are payable by A/c payee Demand Draft drawn in Favour of AIMS College of Physiotherapy.
- For Institutional quota students, fees are payable by A/c payee Demand Draft drawn in Favour of AIMS College of Physiotherapy
- Fees for consecutive academic year to be paid before the commencement of classes for that year.

- S.S.C./ equivalent passing certificate
- H.S.C./ equivalent mark sheet
- H.S.C./ equivalent passing certificate
- College Leaving Certificate
- Gap Certificate (if applicable)
- Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card (Attested photocopy)

Additional documents for NRI Students
To prove the NRI status of the claimant/sponsor, following documents are required to be submitted
- Affidavit of claimant/sponsor disclosing his/her full identity i.e. full name, age, residence, occupation, relationship with candidate, etc duly signed by the sponsor (marked as Annexure-D)
- Sponsors valid Passport & VISA
- Certificate of Embassy stating NRI status of the Sponsor OR
- Proof of residence showing minimum continuous 182 days stay of claimant NRI in abroad for the Academic Year of admission, prior to the admission date, and / OR
- Proof of residence i.e. Telephone bill/ Property Tax copy/ Electricity Bill/ Rent Receipt/ Lease Agreement etc. of last 6 months (with full name and address of sponsor)
If the Sponsor / Student is Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and his/her Nationality belongs to foreign country, in such cases the following documents are to be submitted by the concerned Sponsor/Student
- Sponsor/student valid passport & O.C.I. card
- Sponsor/Students original affidavit in prescribed format (marked as Annexure-D)
- Original Affidavit of the mother/Father of the students in prescribed format (marked as Annexure-D)
- To prove the relation between sponsor and candidate, the following documents of the claimant/students are required to be submitted
- Affidavit of claimant disclosing his/her full identity i.e. full name, age, residence, Occupation, relationship with sponsor along family tree duly signed by the candidate/student or his/her parents in prescribed format (marked as Annexure-E)
- Leaving Certificate/Birth Extracts/Mark sheet PAN card/Passport/Marriage Certificate etc. of concerned relative members shown on the family chart/tree.
- Copy of Foreign Bank Account Passbook with copies of main page indicating bank name and address, sponsor’s name and address with entries of the last 6 months prior to admission.
